I am a practicing Muslim in pursuit of excellence in Deen and Worldly life.I was born and brought up in Hyderabad, India. I came to the U.S. when I turned 21 for grad school (Masters in CS) and graduated in 2011. I have been working at a reputed Software corporation in the Silicon Valley as a Software engineer since. Majority of my family is back home In Hyderabad and some scattered in US/Dammam, and I'm very close to all of them. I have an elder brother who also works in Dallas. I come from a modest and humble upbringing. I consider myself a Desi at heart and in my cultural followings.

I'm a very easy going and fun person. People find me either smiling or laughing in everyday interactions. I read blogs, books and articles and am always curious about the future and in getting to know the past. I'm a tech/ science enthusiast at heart. In my leisure, I travel, explore local places, read books (non fiction), binge watch Netflix, laugh at YouTube videos with friends, hang out with family and friends and play sports.I have a list of hobbies and books that I do not have time to get to, but am working on it. I'm an advocate and follower of Personal Fitness and healthy living. I love taking up challenges in both professional and personal realms, always trying to expand my comfort zone. I try my best not to miss any of the prayers, Alhamdulillah, and if I do I make up as soon as I can. I'm trying to understand Quran and ponder on the realities of life. I'm planning on taking up learning arabic (written and spoken) to better understand quran and practicing it in my daily life.
